When there are no guests in the room, the "Check In" and "Doorbell" back light will be white.
Upon card insertion by a guest, the hotel logo, room number, and doorbell back light will turn blue. When the "Do Not Disturb" button is pressed, the outdoor doorplate will display a red LED back light for "Do Not Disturb"; the doorbell will not sound until the request is canceled. Pressing the "Make Up Room" button will turn the outdoor doorplate's LED back light green; the doorbell will be active and will ring when pressed.
